    The safety operation procedures of the equipment are as follows:

    1、 Before operation, operators shall wear labor protection shoes, protective gloves and glasses to prevent hands from being scalded and eyes from being damaged by splashes;

    2、 After the equipment is powered on, first check the rotation direction of the cutter head and clamping wheel. If it is inconsistent with the rotation direction marked, the positions of the two phase lines of the three-phase power supply shall be exchanged through an electrician with special operation qualification to ensure the normal operation of the machine;

    3、 Check the condition of each blade of the spindle cutter head. If there is serious tooth breakage and wear, replace the blade in time; Start the spindle after power on, observe the operation condition of the spindle motor, and stop the machine for inspection in time in case of abnormal noise;

    4、 Adjust the groove angle according to the groove requirements, and pay attention to locking the angle fixing bolts at both ends of the equipment; Check the position of the spindle cutter head and retract it to a safe position as far as possible; At this time, the small plate processing mode can be carried out;

    5、 When processing small plates, put one end of the steel plate into the roller clamping position, and pay attention that the front end does not exceed the cutter head. When the groove edge is close to the equipment guide plate, press the switch to electrically clamp the steel plate. After starting the main shaft, set the feed amount according to the table attached to the equipment for feed adjustment, After the adjustment, it must be noted that the traveling motor can be started for groove milling after the main shaft locking is completed;

    6、 During large plate processing, check the placement of the workbench and steel plate to ensure that the steel plate is placed stably as far as possible without shaking, and control the height drop at both ends of the steel plate within 20mm; Check, clean and clean the obstacles on the travel route of the machine;

    7、 Adjust the plane height of the pressing wheel on the machine to be consistent with that of the steel plate, and check that the suspended support spring of the equipment is in a free state and has a certain elastic floating; If gmma-60r or gmma-80r rotary edge milling machine is used, pay attention to the change of center of gravity when turning the machine;

    8、 Push the machine to close the feed end guide plate against the steel plate, pay attention that the front end of the steel plate does not exceed the cutter head, and start the switch to electrically clamp the steel plate; Turn on the spindle switch, set the feed amount according to the table attached to the equipment, and adjust the feed. After the adjustment, pay attention to the locking of the spindle, and then start the traveling motor for groove milling;

    9、 Before and after operation, pay attention to check that the temporary power line followed by the equipment is not on the forward line of the equipment and is not burned by the cut iron filings; Clean the iron filings on the equipment travel route at any time to avoid poor travel caused by the machine;

    10、 During operation, pay attention to the working state of the equipment at any time, judge the operation state of the equipment according to the change of travel state and spindle cutting sound, and adjust the feed speed and spindle speed. In case of serious abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection;

    11、 At the end of the groove process, the iron filings on the equipment operation line shall be cleaned with a broom, and the iron filings on the equipment tool, clamping wheel or other positions shall be cleaned with an air gun; When replacing the steel plate, push the equipment away from the hoisting area;

    12、 After processing, turn off the power supply, clean the equipment, wind up the temporary power line of the equipment, push the equipment to the fixed placement area, and fill the designated position with lubricating oil according to the requirements.
