The pipe is cut and beveled on the machine of the above process, and the transfer of workpiece is completed. Moreover, it is not necessary to start the traveling crane, and the pipe does not land in the whole process. At each stage of machine operation, the action is coordinated through the logic circuit controlled by PLC. Therefore, this new model of pipe cutting and beveling process and equipment has the following significant advantages:
(1) It can carry out high-capacity operation for raw material pipes with multiple specifications, small batches and large batches of the same specification;
(2) Because flame and plasma cutting methods can be flexibly selected, it can adapt to different materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel;
(3) The production process is continuous, safe and workers' working environment * * * *.
(4) The quality of notch and groove is high, which creates good conditions for assembly welding and ensures the quality of final products.
5 application effect in SECCO project, we have widely used this pipe cutting and beveling machine, and the one-time qualified rate of the prefabricated pipe orifice is more than 98.5%. Using this machine, the labor required is greatly reduced than before, and better economic benefits are obtained. Therefore, I think this logistics pipe cutting and beveling machine should be widely used in factory process pipe prefabrication.
